My career as a personal trainer began in 2002.
I have trained and managed multiple gyms around California and spent 6 years in Oaxaca, Mexico as an owner of a group fitness and personal training studio.
I pay attention to the details and is always 100% focused on your workouts. My goal is to make each workout efficient so I can to get the best results possible. I have extensive experience training people of all ages and fitness levels. I look at each client as an individual and designs each workout to fit their goals and needs.
I specialize in fat loss, building muscle, mobility, and core conditioning. I love to see how fitness can make a huge positive impact on my clients lives in and outside of the gym.
