We worked with Mike as our personal trainer for three years both in person at his gym in Mexico and with an online platform for the last two years. Mike’s willingness to create full body workouts that always challenged us, and his encouragement as we tried new and more challenging exercises and increased our use of weights has enabled my husband and I to be the strongest 60+ year old’s around. Mike has gone above and beyond for us. He created specific full body workouts for me to use in hotel rooms while I travelled for work. Mike listens to what we want as goals, gives us information about the musculoskeletal structures of the body so that we may visualize what we are working on, challenges us to work harder and use more weights (as appropriate), and teaches us how to adapt when necessary. I highly recommend Mike as a personal trainer and would encourage anyone I knew to attend his classes.
